Canadian group buys Buffalo apartment complex from Nick Sinatra

A Canadian investment group has acquired a 16-unit apartment complex near Symphony Circle in its first purchase in the Buffalo market.

The group, Jersey North, paid $1.01 million for the two-building complex at 416-420 Jersey St., at Ketchum Place, off Richmond Avenue, according to Chris Greco of Greco Real Estate, who handled the deal. All of the units are one-bedroom apartments, and there’s an eight-vehicle carport in the rear.

The two-story buildings were built in 1926 and were owned by Sinatra & Co. Real Estate.

Lior Grosman, president of Jersey North, said the group plans to hire a Buffalo-based property management firm to oversee its new property.
