Cindy has been actively involved in directly managing GAR Associates corporate operations since 1988. She served as president of the Government Services division for over 25 years. Cindy divides her time between assisting with government projects, client relations, public relations/marketing, and corporate management. A member of the New York State Assessors Association and the International Association of Assessing Officers, Cindy has managed municipal projects across New York State, including a wide range of services from full revaluations, data collection, data verification, valuation, and management.
Ryan has been a full-time real estate appraiser and consultant with GAR Associates since 2012, spending the majority of his government valuation and revaluation projects. Ryan manages all aspects of Assessment and Government Services projects and serves as lead valuation analyst and main point of contact between GAR and its clients. He is a certified New York Start Real Estate Appraiser and is working on securing his New York State General Certification.
