Several dignitaries were on hand on Sept. 17 as GAR Associates cut the ribbon on its new offices at 5500 Main Street in Williamsville.  Formed in 1961, the core of GAR Associates provides appraisal services, including commercial, government, municipal and residential appraisals.

“Main Street in heart of Williamsville is where we can now benefit from the convenient thruway access, central location and many amenities,” said GAR Partner Ronald J. Rubino, MAI.  “The restaurants, businesses, parks and special events make the village a wonderful place to work and live.”

GAR Partner F. Cindy Baire said, “The Village of Williamsville is a prime location for business.  The location offers convenience and accessibility to all of Western New York and the charming walkability for our staff to enjoy.  We are proud to be part of such a wonderful vibrant community.”

“GAR Associates remains a tremendous partner to the Town of Amherst. We welcome them in their new location in Williamsville and look forward to many years of working together,”  said Amherst Town Supervisor Brian Kulpa.

Among the elected officials attending the event was Deborah Rogers, mayor of Williamsville.  “I am excited to welcome the business professionals of GAR Associates to the heart of the Village of Williamsville.  I am confident that GAR Associates will further enhance our business district with their presence,” she said.

GAR also has offices in Penn Yan (Finger Lakes Region) and Clifton Park (Capital District).
