Marrano Homes said Wednesday that it has received clearance from the state to begin sales at its Juniper Townhomes project that is under construction in Lancaster.
The project, which required approval from the state attorney general because of its condominium status and real-estate tax savings, is the final phase of development for Marrano’s Pleasant Meadows development, which began in 2006. Construction is now underway.
Located near the intersection of Juniper Boulevard and Walden Avenue, the project features two- and four-unit town home buildings spread across 13.5 acres of land. The standard plan for the 1,340-square-foot units features two bedrooms with a first-floor master bedroom, plus 2.5 bathrooms, a second floor loft, a two-car attached garage and a full basement. Prices will start at $290,000.
