The Newfane Pro-Am Golf Course, a nine-hole par-3 course in business since 1993, is for sale.
David Doerr, an associate broker with Hanna Commercial Real Estate, said Friday that the asking price is $549,000 for the 26-acre property at 2501 Main St., Newfane.
That includes the golf course, which has lights for nighttime play; a disc golf course, one of only two lighted disc golf courses in the U.S.; a single-family house; and the Blarney Stone bar and restaurant.
The Blarney Stone can be bought separately from the rest of the property for $220,000, Doerr said. The course has not yet opened this season because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
